When to Replace

Installation Tips

• Ensure the propane tank valve is fully closed before installation.
• Thread the adapter's male POL fitting into the tank valve and tighten firmly with a wrench.
• Attach the QCC1/Type 1 hose connector by hand-tightening the plastic nut. Do not use tools on the plastic QCC1 connector.
• After connecting, slowly open the tank valve and check for leaks at all connection points using a soapy water solution.
• The gauge will only provide a pressure reading when the tank valve is open. Reading accuracy can be affected by ambient temperature.
